Location is dreadfully far from attractions!!! No airport shuttle service available, which is a big inconvenience!!! Room allocation inconsistencies can cause frustration, especially when the booked room does not match expectations!!!

The room was pretty spacious and super comfy. I loved the city view from our high-floor room. Plus, breakfast had a decent selection, which was nice. They even kept my friend's expensive shoes safe after check-out, so major thumbs up for that service!

i had a great time at the rotana! the peaceful vibe was just what i needed, and the hotel was super clean. it was close to a small shopping mall, which made it easy to grab anything i needed. the standout service came from the staff, especially mobeen, who kept everything immaculate and made me feel at home.
